Ivan C. Harner, FACHE

hfmich_ichcomwebMr. Harner is Executive Director of the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan. As the organization's chief administrative officer Mr. Harner is responsible for resource development, management and supervision of all operations. Mr. Harner also serves as the Regional Director for the Hemophilia Treatment Center Network that includes 19 treatment centers in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Mr. Harner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Arts degrees. Mr. Harner is a member of a number of professional organizations including, Fellow, American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE); Fellow and Certified Member, Association of Behavioral Healthcare Management; and an Advanced Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.


Tami Wood-Lively, JD, MHA

hfmich_tamiwl915Ms. Wood-Lively is HFM's Regional Coordinator of medical services. In this capacity, she works with the nineteen hemophilia treatment centers (HTCs) across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana to assure access to quality comprehensive medical care and prevention services. She focuses her activity on administering grant proposals, securing funding for HTC services, and promoting and planning national programs and initiatives throughout the regional network of bleeding disorders care providers.

Ms. Wood-Lively holds degrees in Law and Health Care Administration and Policy and, before coming to HFM, was the health care attorney for a non-profit, public interest law firm, focusing in the areas of managed care, welfare reform, and the rights of the mentally ill.

 

Colleen Joiner, LMSW

Ms. Joiner is Client Services Coordinator. Ms. Joiner administers the financial assistance program, information and referral, brief solution-focused counseling, outreach, client advocacy and crises intervention.

Colleen also coordinates program development and implementation which includes identifying funding sources, consumer needs, objective setting, evaluation, marketing and recruiting.

In addition, Colleen works with the hemophilia treatment centers to maximize access to medical and psychosocial resources for consumers. Ms. Joiner holds a BA degree from Michigan State University and an MSW degree from Wayne State University.

Ann LeWalk, MA, LLPC

 

Ms. LeWalk is the Administrative Coordinator for the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan. She works with grant proposals, maintains HFM's resource library, develops outcome measurements and assists with HFM program coordination.

Ms. LeWalk has a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MA in Counseling from Wayne State University.

Tanya Roberson

hfmich_tanyamay03Ms. Roberson is an Administrative Assistant for the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan.

Ms. Roberson provides assistance to the Foundation in a number of areas, including accounts payable, responding to requests for materials, and filing. Her prior experience in handling client accounts and large mailings is valuable in her position at HFM.

 

 

 

Dawn Evans

hfmich_evansdawn915Ms. Evans is the Special Events Coordinator of the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan. She is responsible for initiating, planning and implementing a wide range of special events for HFM.

Dawn was a volunteer at HFM for many years before recently joining the staff. Dawn's father and son are both affected with Hemophilia and she is committed to promoting the awareness of Hemophilia. Dawn is a graduate of Lake Erie College with a BS degree in Business Administration.

 

 

Anne Henler

hfmich_annes_head_shot2Ms. Henler is the Education and Youth Programs Coordinator for the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan. She is responsible for the year round components of Camp Bold Eagle, Eagle Outpost and the Counselor In Training (CIT) program. In addition to camp, Ms. Henler coordinates other youth programs including Teen Retreat, MYLIFE and SpringFest. Ms. Henler is also responsible for the development and implementation of education materials and programs regarding hereditary bleeding disorders and their complications.

Born and raised in Adrian, Michigan, Ms. Henler holds a BA from Alma College. Before coming to HFM she was employed by the YMCA of Greater New York as a camp director at Camp Greenkill in Port Jervis, New York.
