Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan Patient Choice Policy

The Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan is committed to the promotion and protection of patient choice of medical care provider, medical treatment, blood products and home infusion therapy services. To promote informed choice, HFM will provide programs and services to educate families about quality of care issues, treatment and care options, blood product safety, the cost of treatment and any other issues that may impact patient decision-making.
